In recent years, with the continuous improvement of communication requirements in the power system, ADSS cable fittings have been widely used in the power system. According to the particularity of ADSS optical cable, the original 110kV and 35kV line channel tension paying off method is generally used to lay optical cable. However, because our city is located in a shallow hilly area, some lines can not realize tension paying off due to terrain constraints, so in the beginning of 2003, we started the test work of laying ADSS cable without tension on some lines, without the help of tension paying off machine, and achieved good results. as everyone knows,
When the ADSS optical cable is erected without tension, the insulated traction rope is generally laid first, and the bracket (crossing frame) is set between the tower and the lining line, and then the traction rope is manually pulled for laying. Therefore, in order to prevent the ground abrasion of optical cable, cross work is very important. In the actual construction, we have carried out field investigation and record on 10kV and low-voltage lines, buildings, railways, highways, deep ditches, etc. which need to be crossed in the process of optical cable laying, and adopted different crossing methods respectively, and achieved success. It is briefly described as follows:



(1). Pulley method: pulley method refers to placing a ring insulated nylon rope with a diameter of 2-3cm and a diameter of about 50m on the side phase conductor or the middle phase conductor near the crossing place of 110kV or 35kV line tower (150 kV can be achieved through the withstand voltage test, the same below), slowly pulling it to the outside of the crossing, unting the ring rope, tying a small iron pulley at one end, and pulling the insulated traction rope through the pulley at the other end with the insulated rope Pulley, fixed rope head. It has the advantages of simple crossing and high speed. The disadvantage is that when tightening the cable, the pulley needs to be lowered to pull the cable out of the pulley. It is suitable for crossing 10kV low voltage lines, rural roads, simple buildings, etc



(2) Bamboo pole method: the bamboo pole method is to lay a circular insulated nylon rope with a diameter of about 2-3cm on the side phase conductor and the middle phase conductor of 110kV or 35kV line tower near the crossing point, slowly pull it to the crossing point, untie the ring rope, bind a 4-8M long dry bamboo pole with a diameter of 5-7cm, respectively to one end of the two ring ropes. After the insulated traction rope passes through the bamboo pole, use the other end of the two ring ropes to pull it up The bamboo pole can keep the level of the bamboo pole fixed and play a spanning role. The utility model has the advantages that the bamboo pole does not need to be put down when the line is tightened, the utility model is simple and easy, and the utility model is suitable for more complex crossing. In the case of Expressway and railway, 2-3 bamboo poles can be built, and the crossing effect is ideal.



(3) Cross ditch method: generally, the cross ditch method requires two long ropes and 3-4 people. One person shall be left on both sides of the trench, and the long ropes shall be thrown into the trench respectively. Two people tied two rope ends under the ditch, and two people on the ditch pulled the long rope away from the bottom of the ditch. When hauling insulated hauling rope, the insulated hauling rope shall be tied and passed through the groove. If there are trees under the ditch and other long ropes are mixed together, two people at the bottom of the ditch can pick them with long bamboo poles with hooks.



(4) Groove winding method: for "U" shaped deep ditch, groove winding method can be adopted, that is, one person stands on one side of the ditch and stretches out the long rope, and one person pulls the long rope along the bottom of the "U" shaped ditch to the other side of the ditch. For example, in the construction of 35kV urban station line, it is necessary to cross the "U" shaped deep ditch, under which the Longhai electrified railway passes longitudinally. We are not allowed to cross the ditch. After we repeatedly surveyed the terrain, we finally adopted the method of trench winding, and achieved unexpected results. Generally speaking, the complex construction environment of our country requires the construction method provided by the construction personnel in combination with the local actual situation. In the future continuous development, there will also be new methods, which will further fill the feasibility of ADSS cable hardware installation in China, and provide reference for future construction.
